I was in charge of visual merchandising for Roxy and Quiksilver in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. My territory consisted of fourteen regularly visited stores and fifteen seasonal, where I created stories that reflected brand image. I corresponded with sales representatives and leaders in the corporate office through detailed recaps of each store visit. My relationships with managers, buyers, and sales associates directly correlated to the brand's selling success in store. During my time, I expanded my territory by recognizing the need for a merchandising visit in two stores. I successfully executed the first ever window display in the region. I designed and built line guides for each season’s collection which played a vital role in the visual merchandising team's knowledge of the current collections. I was a key player in brain-storming and executing marketplace activation for branding initiatives.
